Puck’s Zesty Whiskey Apricot Orange Chicken

  1. Bake frozen popcorn chicken by following the directions on the back of the package. 
  2. Prepare the white rice by follows the directions on the back of the package. Our recipe calls for 2 cups rice mixed with 2 cups water and microwave for 8 minutes. 
  3. In a saucepan, add 1 cup of Puck’s Overtime Whiskey Apricot BBQ sauce, 1 cup orange marmalade and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Bring this to a simmer and while stirring often. 
  4. Once the popcorn chicken is complete, you will add it to the sauce you made in step 3. Mix it gently while coating the chicken with the sauce. 
  5. Add rice on plate and add chicken and sauce mixture on top. 
  6. Enjoy!
